Do you take insurance?I do not take insurance at this time.

What is your cancellation/rescheduling policy for sessions?Please try to allow for 24-hour notice when possible. I understand that life happens and will try to be as accommodating as possible if you need to reschedule your session

What is your refund policy for 1:1 Coaching?All 1:1 coaching packages start at a minimum of 3 months. Refunds for these coaching contracts will be made on a case-by-case basis.
Please refrain from asking for advice on this form- this is just for general inquiries about services and scheduling.
