I am a graduate of Logan University's Nutrition and Human Performance program. ​My mission is to help women nourish so that they can flourish. This encompasses taking an individual approach to nutrition, learning how to tune into your body, and creating a better relationship with food.

Becoming an Expert

WHN started after my pregnancy journey and propelled me to specialize in guiding moms and moms-to-be on a journey of nourishment, empowering them to flourish in their health and well-being. I went from being a generalist to an expert in Perinatal Nutrition and I love supporting moms from conception, helping nurture their pregnancy, and helping them heal postpartum.
